"I’ve been with State Farm for over 10 years. I had my first claim, a small one even, for homeowner. I switched over to Laura McKay just to go over insurance policy, I never had a chance to talk to Laura, but I did talk to her team member, Amy. Amy, was just AWFUL and very uninformed. She made sure to reiterate that State Farm wouldn’t pay for anything unless my walls were falling down. I asked her a few times if this was interpretation or if she could give me some literature on this. I just couldn’t even believe it, and instead of being helpful or informative.. she just kept trying to tell me that State Farm will not pay for anything unless the walls are physically falling down. I did ask her to send me some literature from the policy stating that. I still haven’t heard back from her. I never got a chance to speak with Laura - because after that conversation I switched insurance agents immediately! Just putting this out there.."

"Ame was amazing to work with, I expressed my concerns on how our old policy with another company was really high especially with one of our vehicles being an older model. She worked her magic and gave me two different quotes. Ame let me decide which one would best fit us financially and our amount of driving. Ame made sure to explain our policy and what each section we were paying for ment.
