"i use to have a great state farm agent office before the laura mckay office but when chip hunter retired, my account with laura mckay office has been screwed up, i’ve been quoted multiple times and they end up changing my amounts and not warning me about it before i agree to it. was told that a screw up happened but they won’t fix it well because that’s not how it works. i love state farm but will be switching agents or even insurance companies since they are trying to keep customers staying especially when a screw up happens and will admit it but won’t fix it. poor customer service especially when their manager jeff sits there and chuckles at you when you asked for the mess up to be fixed and you’re frustrated. definitely make sure you know what you’re doing before coming to this office."
